The neighbors in back had their fence repainted (same pristine white). I can hardly resent it - they are the ones supplying all around them with the top-quality tall privacy fence with trellis on top. Unfortunately the painting required dumping my morning glories in that corner, which had reached the trellis and were enjoying it. I've now done my best to re-hoist them, hopefully they'll perk up again.

Nope. It's a very efficient landlord, who gets nice tenants, but he is very much aware that he paid for the fence and it's his. They are somewhat recovered today.
