2. Try as I might, I can't fit in dinner on days (/nights) I work or lunch on days I'm off. I don't even snack when I get really interested in something. But if I don't eat breakfast, I am useless all day.

Depends where I am and what I'm doing - anything from 2 to 6 ;-) But if it's 6, some of those "meals" are snacks.
