And today Prudence appeared on the fence. Looking decidedly saggy in the belly; she can't be pregnant, so I just hope it's fat and not a tumour.
An odd day, weather-wise. It was cloudy most of the day, but sometimes felt quite warm. I mowed the front meadow flat (well, I left the oxalis and clover around the far end), and at one point I thought I felt very light rain, but I must have been wrong. I'm still using the push mower; I swept the debris off the pavement and the corner of the driveway, but left the raking for tomorrow, after the hay dries out ... or gets drenched in a surprise rainstorm.
