Today the sun took much longer to break through, at noontime a chill wind started up as we were walking around the park, and much of the afternoon was cloudy. Hopefully an unannounced rain shower will result.

The chillier weather may be why teh wet catfood didn't get polished off—presumably by Mama Violet—until mid-afternoon. But Monty was lying on the fence at dusk.
