D.O.P.-T.

It rained off and on all day. The rest of the fence was taken down in the morning, up to the side yard gate on that side. So I can see clearly that the owner didn't root out his little fringy trees, almost the only living thing on his side of the fence, but just had them brutally topped. I was also able to catch a glimpse of Prudence taking cover on one of the numerous occasions I had to take the dog out on leash. She has an upset tummy but she's too scared to poop with that yawning gap on one side of her garden; instead she keeps eating grass. (She did produce horrible diarrhoea in the early hours, while I stood there shivering. I managed to find it and remove it today.) I forgot to put the bucket out in the back porch room, so there's a wet spot under the usual leak as well as a wet patch near the door into the garden. At least the next door work meant nobody was parked in front of the house, so I was able to clean out the rest of the gutter.

Monty appeared on the actual front porch and ate what I put out as replacement for what raccoons had eaten.
