Things quieted down around here and someone ate the breakfast kitty food. But Monty still appeared behind the garage and made it plain he expected food to be served there. Went back out at dusk to finish the watering. Then after dark to check on whether the plate was ready for removal, to dimly see Prudence in the moonlight. Tiptoed away.
