D.O.P.-T.

I had intended to rip out a patch of clover in the back yard today and mow front and back today or tomorrow ... instead it was strangely cloudy at breakfast time, no little Prudence on the porch waiting for me, and when I woke up again, it was raining hard, making a big damp spot in the back porch room where the drip bucket got put away weeks ago. I see from the NWS page that Los Altos has had over an inch, starting before 8 am, and topped out at 55º at 10 am; yesterday's high was 77º. The Chron apparently forecast the rain, but up to ½" here in the South Bay. I just discouraged the dog from going out; have to find her towel again. Wow!
