Gave the oleander a more aggressive deadheading. I think I managed not to drop any bits over the fence. The cool-weather grass in the patch near the backdoor has started sprouting; this year I missed the first stage with tiny green threads. The moon is suddenly almost full and has that fall clarity so that I noticed it even before nightfall.
