This is a candidate for the smallest house in Sunnyvale. Obviously a fruit-picker's cottage. It's possible the garage/shed is a Tardis, but if not, there's really very little living space in there. Satellite view confirms that there's also just a teeny concrete backyard, as deep as the garage is long (which is less than the length of many modern cars). As the satellite view also shows, it's next to an empty lot, but I don't know the legal status of that lot. Years ago, someone tried growing vegetables in the middle of that lot, but then plastic was put down (on top of which a wild meadow appears every rainy season) and since then I've never seen it being used, although the two flower beds in front of the house are kept up nicely.
Turns out it's a rent house. $2,950 a month.
( The mostly black cat who's come round recently. )
