D.O.P.-T.

A month or two ago, the city replaced all the black plastic tops on the trashcans in the park with new brown ones (probably made of recycled plastic). They're spiffy and new, but that means none of them have the flaps stuck open, so to safely insert the bag of dog poop I have to poke the flap with my hiking staff (while the dog of course strains at the leash).
