We got a tidy bit of rain; the bucket under the hole in the sun porch was three-quarters full last night and a couple of inches this morning, and when I walked back from the bus and later walked the dog, small branches and here and there drifts of leaves were littering sidewalks and pathways. Now the sun is bright.
