D.O.P.-T. (Saturday)

Co-worker had to leave almost immediately after I arrived, which led to a busy evening. And customer brinkmanship with the closing time. Also my other coworker has given two weeks' notice, so we're giving out application forms again and I'll presumably have to train the replacement hire next week.

D.O.P.-T. (day before yesterday)

We both overslept, and went to Safeway even later than usual. Not only were the bagels down to second- and third-best choices (I need 12 for workday breakfasts), they were running out of donuts.

D.O.P.-T. (yesterday)

Last night's bus was late ... and there was a dog, presumably an assistance dog, lying in the entrance just behind the driver, so the two of us at my stop had to get on in the middle of the bus. The dog looked like a beagle, and looked very worried. It was surrounded by the usual knot of men who like to stand behind the driver talking loudly.

Yesterday that morning glory had 10 flowers. This morning it had 12.
