We took Bear back to the vet's for a second attempt at reading his blood pressure. In the end the lady managed to read it off his tail, after much groveling around on the floor by all. Bear was then very eager to get away and sped down the street to where the housemate had had to park because of overflow from the Food and Wine Festival. It is apparently normal despite his being so worked up - 100.
