It hasn't rained in a while, so I watered the potted geraniums in the backyard. A hummingbird immediately appeared right in front of me and perched. Reminded me of the robins back home.
That tall Victorian house in San Jose that was damaged by fire has been fixed up and repainted a paler green and the units are for rent. Here it is in Google Street View before the fire - with the same for rent sign out front. And here's one of the current effusive listings. Pricey.
