Alternating rain and pretty sun. The garden must be happy. Especially since I de-pooped it.
It is again squirrel season. They are burying acorns in the lawn, after beginning with my potted plants. I can hardly walk anywhere without passing several of them. The housemate's dog doesn't go after them as much as he used to, although he still leaps up a tree from time to time. My dog is either not interested or can't see them. His thing is cats, which he also frequently can't see but when he does, will try his very best to gallop after, racing in place while I hold him back.

Now still dark when I leave work in the morning. Of course we still have the clock change upcoming. Probably not soon enough for me to determine what that was at the base of a tree near the store with a rain-washed streak of red running from it - a very thick piece of pizza or a body part.
