The neighbor's plum tree is in full blossom, and our non-blossoming one has leaves beginning to peep out of their buds.
Yesterday on my way home, I found 2 chickens pecking in someone's yard. Today there were 3. One is black and white speckled, the other is orange, and today's number 3 is kind of agouti brown-orange with brown cheek ruffles. They all have red combs, but I'm thinking Orange may be Mr. Rooster. Today they were calmer, apparently realizing I won't run after them.
