D.O.P.-T. (day before yesterday)

The nights are now cool, and the sun breaks through almost immediately in the morning, so the days are bright and soon warm. Heavy dew on the grass as a result - and lots of mushrooms on the city's and other over-watered lawns.

The 2-apartment house next door has new tenants again, and for the first time in years there is no baby crying when one of the dogs barks. I'm reasonably sure someone will produce one soon to keep up the continuity.

The cherry-tomato-producing triffid hanging upside down on the porch is breaking through the plastic of its container. Hopefully the tear will stay small and I won't have to fit it with a macrame sling.
