The ancient tabby cat that lives under the modular office buildings has reappeared, looking like a matted wart in the grass again. A happy but very annoyed sight.
While mowing the front lawn today I noticed that the ailanthus in the shrubbery border had emitted branches again, probably overnight, so I performed a repeat ailanthectomy and put out the debris in the garden trash cart rather than risking it in the compost.
