Walked between home and bus stop twice; co-walked dog; puttering in garden, 2 trips to library, shlep around supermarket. . . . and of course mopping, bending, and reaching at work. Not enough.

I'm constantly on the go. . .no need for 'intentional' exercise.

Oh, I count that stuff. Seems silly to, for example, get in a car to drive to a health club to walk on a treadmill.
