Another rainfall this morning, another couple of tenths of an inch in Los Altos, and I think we got a few drops this afternoon; it was enough to deter me from putting laundry out. Of course as soon as the sun came out and the damp spots in the driveway were gone, somebody barfed just in front of the car while we were on walkies dodging many, many other dogs. ... Found the hairball on the porch later.
