I don't want to shame the dog for being a wuss, but it was a relief that last night I only had to take her out once to pee. Something about the neighbors' lighted windows scares her. Or maybe the fumes from something they smoke in the evening. Or they have acquired a tiger and it prowls in their tiny dirt backyard. Or maybe a cougar or a rattlesnake has been lurking under our oleander.
