Only three. The US, Mexico, and Canada. I've never left the continent. Always wanted to, when I was younger. These days? Meh. Too many medical and mobility issues to make it feasible.
I should explain that I live in Europe and more than half of the countries I've visited are there; in terms of distance and lack of hassle (well, until 31 Dec anyway because of the B-word) it's more like visiting another state in the US than travelling, say, from US to Mexico.
