Quite cool nights, but beautiful sunny days. The moon is full and was washing the backyard in light last night as I went out to locate the dog: she was sitting under the tree intently watching the neighbors' house through the chainlink fence.

Mowed the very patchy meadow in back. The defective divided trash can is sitting forlornly at the kerb - they're supposed to switch it for a new one today.
