D.O.P.-T. (day before yesterday)

Put some beans in the ground. Orchard Hardware have reinstated their garden center, which is nice, but they now have only one brand of seeds, and I had to get purplish pole/runner beans rather than the traditional ones with red flowers. Hopefully they will behave the same - huge and bean-smelling.

The big ugly house that replaced the little cottage with the trees in front has not been attracting interest, so a photo sheet has been put out front - instructing people to ask the price - and the Japanese maple has been yanked out of the new lawn as fast as it was plopped in, and some pots of grasses added. Poor little tree.
