In the lull between storms - tonight is supposed to bring an even stronger wind and rainstorm - I had to go to the dentist to be tortured some more. She declared that I have a pimple on my gum, but looked at me funny when I suggested acne. Apparently the little abscess I finally managed to get a year ago is still there and trying to get out. So I am to try to drown it in The Fearsome Medicated Mouthwash That Must Not Come Near Food. Seems to me like a plot to get me to lose weight.
