D.O.P.-T.

Watering yesterday did something: I was putting a load of laundry on the line when I felt light rain, and we got at least one proper shower. Cooler than yesterday, too; long sleeves again. The dog thought it was too cold to go out, so she'll probably bark to be taken out in the middle of the night. I slept badly last night—I'd changed the sheets so I had made the bed, and she didn't much like being on top of the comforter (denim-ish) rather than on the sheets, so she kept moving about and wound up lying on my feet. Then of course she decamped at dawn and so I overslept a bit. Tonight I expect she'll snuggle up against me.
