The NWS are still hallucinating, recording little showers in Los Altos. I wonder whether a burd is peeing in their rain detector ...
I had a San Jose State book due today. I was able to renew it online, but the next renewal will only be for 2 weeks, not 3. They're taking back the extra week they gave us over Yule, the cheapskates.
Today we had a visit from a friend-engineer to fix a design defect in my new bed (stablising the slats with Velcro). The dog has grown out of her hatred of men; she was quite friendly to the burly stranger and allowed him to pet her. When she first met him a few years ago, she growled horribly.
