Hmm, I didn't know that tree, but to me the flowers on this one look too ratty and the leaves too pointed based on the Wikipedia pics. Also, its exposure is north and east—but in this climate of sun most of the year, that may well be enough for a tree described as needing sun to grow properly. And what I thought was a weed avocado tree produced round yellow fruits this spring of about the right 3–4 cm; I was waiting to see what they looked like when mature, but somebody harvested them. So I may be confused about that one, too.
